Product Description
This REBUILT tandem piston pump is the pump that drives and steers the machine. It has been rebuilt to new specifications and has been bench tested.
Replaces Case part numbers 388795A1, 127931A2, 127931A1, and H673333.
This is the correct pump for all Case 1840 loaders. There were 4 different pumps installed in this machine at the factory over all the years that it was made, but they all update to this latest version. Everything will bolt right up, the differences are all internal. The updates were for lower noise and better steering response.
In order to protect this pump you will need to flush the drive motors and hoses, and install new oil and filter. Any metal particles from the failed pump remaining in the system can severly damage this replacement pump.
The core charge on this pump is an additional 1100 dollars. You do not need to pay the core charge if you return your core before this pump ships. However if you want this pump to ship immediately, you will have to pay the charge, then when the completely assembled core is returned in 30 days, the core charge will be refunded in full with the same payment method you paid with.
